An impressive historic building in London, The Royal Horseguards Hotel is situated on the River Thames at the Embankment. This hotel is ideally place in heart of central London within walking distance of Covent Garden and minutes from Embankment.

Churchill War Rooms

Our first night of the conference reception will be held in the historic Churchill War Rooms, the secret underground headquarters where Prime Minister Winston Churchill lived and worked during WWII.

Westminster and St James Pub Crawl

If the jet lag hasn’t caught up to you, join us after the historic Churchill War Rooms for a Westminster and St James Pub Crawl!

We will kick off the Pub Crawl at Red Lion, 48 Parliament Street, moving on to St Stephens Tavern opposite the Houses of Parliament. From there, the Westminster Arms on Storeys Gate, then the Two Chairmen, and Buckingham Arms, and finally (if you can make it) the Cask and Glass near Victoria Station.

Royal Opera House

Our second night’s evening event will be a cocktail and canape reception at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden at the Terrace Bar which looks out onto the square.

The Hurlingham Club

Our final night Gala will be held at the famous Hurlingham Club. Situated in 42 acres of landscaped grounds adjacent to the River Thames in Fulham, The Hurlingham Club is recognised as one of the world’s finest private member clubs. Since its opening in 1869, The Hurlingham Club’s croquet and tennis lawns, botanical gardens and stately Georgian Clubhouse – regarded as the birthplace of polo – have made it a sought-after destination for exclusive sporting and social activities.
