The theme of the conference is “Campaigns Across Borders” the first day looks at the theme within the country then the second day expands this to look at the theme on the European continent and the third day will be the theme across the world.

2022 Conference Highlights


The Royal Horseguards Hotel


An impressive historic building in London, The Royal Horseguards Hotel is situated on the River Thames at the Embankment. This hotel is ideally place in heart of central London within walking distance of Covent Garden and minutes from Embankment. 



Churchill War Rooms


Our first night of the conference reception will be held in the historic Churchill War Rooms, the secret underground headquarters where Prime Minister Winston Churchill lived and worked during WWII.



Westminster and St James Pub Crawl

If the jet lag hasn’t caught up to you, join us after the historic Churchill War Rooms for a Westminster and St James Pub Crawl!


We will kick off the Pub Crawl at Red Lion, 48 Parliament Street, moving on to St Stephens Tavern opposite the Houses of Parliament. From there, the Westminster Arms on Storeys Gate, then the Two Chairmen, and Buckingham Arms, and finally (if you can make it) the Cask and Glass near Victoria Station.  


Royal Opera House


Our second night’s evening event will be a cocktail and canape reception at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden at the Terrace Bar which looks out onto the square.



The Hurlingham Club


Our final night Gala will be held at the famous Hurlingham Club. Situated in 42 acres of landscaped grounds adjacent to the River Thames in Fulham, The Hurlingham Club is recognised as one of the world’s finest private member clubs. Since its opening in 1869, The Hurlingham Club’s croquet and tennis lawns, botanical gardens and stately Georgian Clubhouse – regarded as the birthplace of polo – have made it a sought-after destination for exclusive sporting and social activities.

Keynote Speaker | Arlene Foster

Dame Arlene Isabel Foster DBE PC is a Northern Irish broadcaster and former politician who served as First Minister of Northern Ireland from 2016 to 2017 and from 2020 to 2021 and as Leader of the Democratic Unionist Party from 2015 to 2021. She was the first woman to hold either position.

Attila Demkó is a Hungarian security policy expert, writer. and former diplomat. After the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 he became one of the frequently quoted experts of the topic in the international and the local media. 


Keynote Speaker | Sir John Kevin Curtice FRSA FRSE FBA

Sir Curtice is a British political scientist who is currently Professor of Politics at the University of Strathclyde and Senior Research Fellow at the National Centre for Social Research. He is particularly interested in electoral behaviour and researching political and social attitudes.


Keynote Speaker | Guy Benson

Guy Pelham Benson is an American columnist, commentator, and political pundit. He is a contributor to Fox News, political editor of, and a conservative talk radio host. Benson served as a Fellow at the Georgetown Institute of Politics and Public Service during the spring 2021 academic semester.
