For over 25 years, he has advised electoral campaigns and governments at all levels in Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, the Dominican Republic, and Venezuela. He has served as Communications Director for presidential campaigns and was a member of the advisory team to the President of the Dominican Republic, Luis Abinader.

 

He has extensive experience in political and governmental crisis management.
