HUGO HAIME

Mr. Haime is the president of Hugo Haime & Associates, a political, public opinion and institutional image consultant. As a political consultant and analyst, Hugo Haime has participated in over 200 electoral campaigns, for national elections (Presidential) and for provincial (Governor and Mayor) elections.

He performed professionally in the comercial management of Eli Lilly Argentina and Rigolleau S.A. and was director of marketing in advertising agencies.

​

He is a communication adviser and a consultant of Presidential governments, Governors and national and provincial Ministers.

​

In the last Presidential Campaign, he participated as advisor and pollster of the President  Carlos Menem  and Alberto Ferandez . He also collaborates with the president ex candidates  the D mr Daniel Scioli an Dr Sergio Massa, the Governor of the province of Tucuman Dr. Juan Manzur, the Governor of the province of La Pampa Sergio Ziliotto, among others.

He received the Prize of the best pollster of Latin America. It was given by Latin American Centre of Political Management, Miami.

​

He wrote the books “Votando Imagenes” (Voting Images), “La Imagen del Poder” (The Image of Power), “Qué Tenemos en la Cabeza cuando votamos“ (What do we have in our minds when we vote?).

​

Habitually collaborates with various first-class Argentine and international newspapers. Regularly participates in TV and radio programs.

​

Cofounder  of ALACOP. Actujal Prresident _2025-2027 - Member of the International Association of political consultants (IAPC).

​

Ex Academic Director of the Sociology Institute of the Buenos Aires University.
