Dr. Reza Kazemi is one of Europe's leading political campaign consultants. In election campaigns since the age of 16, he was managing national campaigns by 22 — and has since advised more than 1,000 politicians, from federal chancellors, minister presidents and party leaders to hundreds of mayors and candidates for national and European parliaments. Since 2024, he has been President of the European Association of Political Consultants (EAPC). Under his presidency, the EAPC hosted its 2024 conference in Berlin — a nonpartisan format staged simultaneously at the venues of Germany's major parties, from SPD and CDU to FDP and the Greens — and holds its 2026 Annual Conference in Frankfurt, at the historic Paulskirche and the European Central Bank. He is co-inventor of the "Master of Political Consultancy", the only master's programme of its kind in Europe, and of the "European Political Consultants Day".
As founder and CEO of Campaigns & Technology (C&T), his work spans several continents — from Africa to Eastern, Central and Western Europe, including Germany, Austria, France and the United States. Through the platform wahlengewinnen.de, C&T has industrialized professional campaigning: standardized, modular campaign systems allow the agency to run up to around 50 campaigns in parallel per election cycle — a scale unmatched in the German-speaking market. He was the first to professionally introduce technologies such as mass telephone town halls, facial-expression analysis, eye-tracking and real-time-response (RTR) measurement into German-speaking countries, expertise he today combines with data-driven, AI-supported campaign systems.
His practice is grounded in science: a doctorate in political marketing and communication (Dr. rer. pol.), a diploma in mechanical engineering and business administration (Dipl. Wirtsch.-Ing.), university lectureships on political marketing and behavioral campaign strategies, and several books, decoding the perception psychology behind winning campaigns.
