CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's membership status. 

Registrations cancelled thru 1 October, 2026 will be charged a $50 processing fee. No refund will  be available for registrations cancelled after 1 October, 2026 (but you will be able to transfer your registration to a new attendee, additional fees may apply based on the new registrant's membership status).

MEMBER REGISTRATION RATE

Registering at the IAPC Member rate you agree you are a paid member in good standing. You agree to maintain a paid membership through the close of the conference, 14 November, 2026. If your membership lapses prior to then, you agree IAPC can charge you the standard $250 membership renewal fee.
